    • $200 non-refundable one-time cat fee

    • $25/month pet rent

  • Yes! Heat is included in your rent! Residents pay their share of water, trash and electric.

  • Unassigned parking in our surface lot is included in rent or garage parking is available for rent for tenants at $65/mo.

  • Yes! Each building has a shared laundry center equipped for bluetooth payments from your phone.  

    • All residents above 18 must apply, application fee is $50/each (this covers credit and background check)

    • Credit score of 600 or higher

    • Security Deposit is $1000

    • Income requirement is 2.5x rent amount, plus 2 recent paystubs

  • Our standard lease term is 12 months. Please reach out for details about different lease terms.
